“I was wondering why last time i sent money to cuba it was in USD. dollars. Now its not avalialable, it would be nice to send USD to my family. It would make it much simple for them. I have no issues with sending money it is very good. i have been using them for years.....”

“I used this company to transfer money people waiting for it. The transaction were approve money was taken out. This company claimed that only transaction was approved and the other was declined. My Bank USAA said otherwise they informed me that Both transactions were paid one for $133.00 the other was $171.00. next during a chat a rep for Duales provided me a transaction statement which had THREE not TWO transactions two in the amount of $171.00 in which one was clearly reject. See below”

“We´d like so much to send some money to Cuba, that´s why we registered but we couldn´t send any! We filled the formulars as indicated but at the end there was no sign to "go on"!, So, we couldn´t do anything but close! We will try today again and hope that we succeed this time! We appreciate "Duales" but need more understanding! Thank you!”

“Vraiment contente d'avoir découvert ce site pour transférer de l'argent à Cuba... J'ai fait ma première transaction hier, et mon bénéficiaire a reçu l'argent ce matin.. très rapide, sécuritaire, facile à utiliser... simplement fournir les informations demandées et voilà !!!!
