“la abilidad de poder cancelar una orden de envio fue eliminada de la pagina de duales. (mas trabajo para uds. mas problema para el cliente) no se ve gane para nadie. tambien cuando el cliente llama nunca contestan el telefono por mas veces que se llame. despues de tantos anos con duales veo decline en el servicio de internet en el website de duales.”

“Cuballama una Pagina donde los artículos que llevan a tu hogar llegan rotos no te lo revisan y luego no te lo reponen llebo mas de 15 días esperando que repongan una lavadora que compré para mi mamá Y solo disen que están esperando por el proveedor de cuba y ni cambian el artículo ni reponen el equipo no recomiendo para nada la verdad”

“I placed the order at lunch time on Tuesday and I received a confirmation at 2:37pm. 24 hours later I was asked to review Duales. Today is it afternoon on SATURDAY and after 4 days they have NOT received the money. HUMMMMMMMMMM What kind of rating would you give Duales. My recipient has been waiting patiently by the phone waiting for the call and the money but nothing yet. I called the company on Saturday and the money was delivered on Sunday. Thank you.”
