“I like Duales and I like the safe text code system. I've never had a transfer go missing or be unreasonably late. However, it would be nice to have a better tracking system so the customer knows at what stage the door to door transfer is at.”

“We had issues with the online registration for some reason but the staff at duales-com were able to resolve them. Follow-up was required to ensure that the funds had made it to their destination and this too was resolved in a professional manner. Overall we were pleased with the outcome and happy with the service we received.”

“we were promised delivery in 48 hours or less, and it is now well over 48 hours, we are still waiting, please explain ....I would have hoped at the least for some communication by now if there were unforeseen problems UPDATED: delivery took about 70 hours, we had hoped for sooner, but all is well now, thanks very much. It was the weekend, and first time delivering to this address”

“I am very happy with the service; however, sometimes the payments arrives very late, more then 4 - 6 days, since the guy who handles the payment at the end (in cuba), lacks the energy to travel to complete the payment.”

“Please, make the paying process easier. No successful company on the internet makes it so difficult. Use PayPal if possible and let the customers chose whether your website should "memorize" the customer/credit card information or not. Don't make the decision for them. Remember, this is not Cuba.”
