“Duales has always successfully transferred money to Cuba but I find the process rather convoluted. However, I recognize that may well be the result of the system in Cuba which is insane.”

“I have found Duales very easy to work with now that I have gotten used to sending money to my friend in Cuba. The only problem I have is with my friend in Cuba wants to get US dollars. She could then go on line and buy products that are very hard to get from the Peso stores. In most cases she can't get what she wants. I have tried signing up for your DUE card and your Igor calls me and he wants me to have a second phone and I don't get anywhere because I just have one cell phone. He usually gives up on me and I have never being able to get your card.You are already dealing with US dollars on your site. Why can't you make the site able to give US dollar to my friend.”

“This service has been great over the years i have been using it. However this time, the peso's in cuba are the old ones and the cuc doesn't exist anymore. I'm not sure why i would have been charged the exchange rate in usa dollars from canada bank to cuban pesos. i understand the fee you charge but the usa dollar fee should be null and void now because of the cuban gov't change in there money?”

“We recently transferred funds through Duales to five Cuban families. The money was delivered to their doors two days later. We made several transfers in January and those too were seamless, fast, and accurate. So happy to have this service so we can help our Cuban friends.”

“J'ai du me résigner à effectuer un transfert dans un compte CUP à Cuba. Vous promettez des transferts possibles dans un compte en fonds USD et ce n'est toujours pas possible. Le transfert en CUP est nettement plus dispendieux et moins avantageux pour la personne qui reçoit le transfert.”
