“Nunca habia tenido una queja hasta ahora que mi beneficiario recibio una suma equivocada. Pienso que estos incidentes son responsabilidad del contacto en Cuba. Sin embargo la compania deberia tener mas control sobre el negocio. Por ejemplo, el beneficiario deberia recibir una factura de la entrega y la compania deberia notificar al remitente una vez concluido el servicio Todo parece indicar que estos protocolos los dejan en manos de los clientes y no me parece serio ni profesional.”

“As regards alternatives to do money transfers to Cuba, this one is about the best.. I just entered a transation in the system, via credit card and it arrvied in recipients's MLC annount within two days.. This is good turn around time when dealing with Cuba.”
