“This is my third time using this service and I am still satisfied. The money I sent was delivered the next day. I will use Duales again for sure. The ability to send money to an MLC card would provide another good option for those who need it.”

“I have used Duales several times and have never been able to progress to the second page on the website. Where the beneficiary's card #is requested, mt credit card info appears below. I've always had to call Sonya for help and she processed the transactions for me, but now there is only a chat line, where the man clearly is not qualified to answer some questions”

“This was perfect for sending money to a friend in Cuba! I will recommend Duales to others and will be using them again. My friend received his money in less than 48 hours right to his house. “Tremendo robo !!!! fui a mandar mil dólares y me cobran 200 por el envío !!! This is a joke !!! Total ripoff !!! I try to sent $1k and the charge is $200 for the transfer !!! Completely out of order !!!”

“Sorry to see that you are not sending US dollars to MLC cards now. I hope that is temporary. Other than that your cash delivery service is impeccable and the phone recharges are best prices I have seen. Plus you are Canadian Co. and I pay in Canadian dollars is another thing I really like.”

“I sent funds to Cuba for the first time last week. I had an incorrect address and although it was Sunday, I had an immediate response from customer service and the issue was resolved. Funds were in her hands 4 days later and she said the process at her end was great. Thank you Duales!”
