“The only problem I have is the conversion of my Canadian dollar to American and being charged the exchange, I should have the choice of sending Cuban pesos based solely on Canadian currency.”

“I made several attempts to send money to a friend in Cuba over the last two days and I have been unsuccessful. To make matters worse, I attempted to get some help from a Duales agent and was unable to contact anyone. I have sent money to Cuba each Christmas for several years and have not had any trouble with the process in the past.”
