“Duales.com site is very interactive. Both the service provided and the personal interaction are excellent, the latter with a quick and efficient response. It would be very useful to know in all cases the time when the transfer to the cards has been effective to communicate it from us to the recipient. “Overall excellent experience. Only downfall in my opinion is the website (great once set up) but for the new user, not friendly. Live Chat- not available E-mail - sent e-mail, never did hear back. Updated my personal info with new e-mail address. Received this e-mail on old address. Telephone - Excellent.”

“I just used Duales for the first time last week, and I was very pleased. I needed to deliver cash to a friend in Havana who is unemployed due to the pandemic. My friend doesn't have a car or motorcycle, so I opted for home delivery. As promised, Duales delivered directly to her at home in Havana, less than 48 hours after I placed my order. I will definitely be working with Duales again!”
