“Excellent service provided by Sonia. My friend received the money. It took an extra day only because I had the wrong municipality. YThey were able to contact my friend by phone and correct the mistake and deliver the money. I will be using the site again.”

“Han sido rápidos en contestarme vía Gmail, pero no rápidos en responder mi llamada ni en llamarme, sé que estamos en una situación especial, pero les cuento lo que he vivido como experiencia al contactarlos. No he podido enviar el dinero aún, he cargado la aplicación y no funciona correctamente, no puedo ver mis contactos porque los que veo, ni están entre mis contactos, no los conozco y cuando voy al sitio en internet, no en la aplicación, no puedo ni siquiera pasar a la página de hacer el envío, conclusiones, ni leyendo en la FAQ encuentro solución a mi problema.”

“Recomiendo a Duales 100%. al principio teni mis dudas pero igual decidi hacer el envio, Sonia que fue quien respondio todas mis preguntas es muy amable y pudo ayudarme en todo momento. el pago para la trasferencia la efectue ayer y hoy a la 1pm ya mis familiares tenian el dinero en sus manos, cabe notar que mi familia vive en Pesqueria, Baragua y fueron hasta su casa hacer la entrega. la verdad no tengo palabras estoy extremadamente satisfecha y seguire usando sus servicios. “I have been using Duales for a number of years to send money to friends in Cuba. Their service is 5 star. I routinely have questions or run into problems that I have created. The great folks from Duales seem to anticiapte my problems and are always available to straighten me out. Thanks for the incredible Customer Service.”
