“I have sent money many times and for the most part I am happy with this service, but on one occasion the recipient did not receive the full amount and was rushed into signing before counting and the delivery people speed away. I am hearing from friends that this is becoming a more frequent experience and I will stop using this service if this continues.”

“This comes after My first Monday transfer...data entry was reasonably easy and somewhat reassuring....I wasn’t sure how long the transfer of money would take but I received a positive sign of receipt after less the 48 hours...it might have been nice to receive an official delivery notice from duales...but so far so good, I consider using this service again!”

“The only thing I want to bring to your attention is if you don’t answer the toll free number, at least you remove it so people don’t get frustrated by dialling over and over. That’s what happened to me.”
