“For over ten years I have used Duales to send money to Cuba via home delivery and have never been disappointed. Their exchange rate is fair (not quite street rate but very close), and they have almost always delivered the money within three to four business days. I have also topped up an MLC card several times and it is quite easy and almost instantaneous.”
