“About an hour after I placed the review somebody by the name of Enrique Martinez who is the president of this company called me started threatening me and swearing at me using the f word and telling me that he will send someone to my house to beat me up. This is the type of company this is. Instead of trying to resolve the problem with me, they call you at home and threaten you. They rip you off, steal your money and then when you called him out on it, they swear at you and threaten you with death.”

“This company along with the the child company, DUC, are a fraudulent company. when sending a phone recharge the keep the bonus for themselves and re-sell it. They are Spanish pirates that that have no regret stealing your money. Their transaction fees and exchange rates are so high they border on criminal. If you use this company and they steal your money, you will have nobody to blame but yourself, because you have been told. They con their customers by charging $1 or $2 less for the top-up but then they steal the bonus for themselves. Without prejudice.”

“I have used Duales for over fifteen years and have never had any issues with home delivery (other than the odd one or two day delays) or with the competitiveness of their rates. With so many obstacles to sending money to family and friends in Cuba, Duales remains the best.”
