“I called Sonia multiple times, left messages, and I have not received a call back. I am concerned when the money will be delivered because CUC can no longer be used beginning June 21st. Very important!!!”

“Buenas tardes una pregunta ahora q se envían solo moneda nacional a cuba a pesar que se paga en mlc y mi familia donde van a comprar los dólares para comprar la comida que se les vende mlc solamente o ustedes están alejados de esa realidad. Cierren el envío a cuba hasta que no le den una solución a este problema gracia por su trabajo”

“I'm very thankful to have found Duales and can send money to Cuba affordably. I've used now 10 or so times and it's very reliable thankfully. One improvement would be access to more info up front when it comes to limits etc. Trial and error is tedious. Service is GOOD!!”
