“The website us a bit clunky....it asks for a lot of private info but that is probably government's fault. It remembers all info except for birthday for some reason ...the final cost is not clear until the final page, there is a "calculation page" that is helpful. Money reaches destination quickly and without fault.”

“I had a problem with a remittance to Cuba. I entered a wrong card number for the recipient there. A few hours after that I received an email from Duales telling me about the problem and requesting me to send them te rigth number. I did it and in less than 24 hours the recipient had already received the remittance. The staff is very kind and helpful.”

“Your service fees are in US dollars but my purchase is in Canada. They should be in the currency of the country of the purchase. You should allow US dollar purchases be charged in US dollars on my credit card so I don't have to pay your high currency exchange fees.”
