“Very difficult to login on the app. My balance shows 0 when there should be funds available. Not impressed at all. Trying to top up a phone and getting nowhere so used Ding as usual and it’s simple and fast , may cost more but don’t care.”

“The service was great! I had a couple of issues with understanding how it worked and I was contacted and assisted promptly and courteously. Our friend in Cuba received the money the next day with no hassles. It was a relief to have the process be so simple and straight-forward. And not as costly as we imagined. We will use it again.”

“For anyone hesitant to use this service, let me tell you that I was in the exact same boat. We all know how difficult it is to send any assistance easily to Cuba. So I decided to send funds to some of our resort service friends in a "test" of this service. The added worry for me was that I was sending the funds to the city of Remedios in Santa Clara district (Not Havana and not so close to the airport). The transfer process was SO easy. I registered, entered the recipient info, and completed the request. I was then able to easily make an e-transfer from my internet banking account. EASY. FAST. No hoops to jump through. We were told that delivery would occur within 4 days. To our utter delight, delivery was made in 2 days directly to the recipients' home in Remedios. As an initially skeptical client, I strongly recommend Duales.”

“Not sure if this the right place to ask..but does anyone know how to make a verified account on duales? I'm from Canada and it's not listed. Use US? It says Invalid KYC API response. What does that mean?”

“This review is just based on creating an account and sending one remittance. I did this yesterday, so don't know how the rest of the process will play out. So far, I'm very happy. The website is easy to use; it was easy to create an account; it feels very secure; and I was very happy to be able to use e-transfer since it seems as a secure way to go. The fee is very low. As soon as I sent the e-transfer, I received confirmation by email. I'll try to remember to send a review once the money has been received in Cuba (by home delivery). I'm very happy that duales is still working during covid.”

“I just want to say that I did register on you sight and tried to make a payement to send money did everything correctly but at the end when it askes how to make the payment I clicked on visa and entered the number and did not except the payment methods I did everything correctly I needed to contact customer service to sole this problem I had to give my Visa card number to a representative on line for her to make the payment it took me a long time it was not simple sending money on your platform hope I will not go through that again when I want to send money again and it was important to send it as soon as possible thanks and one more thing I tried calling to talk to someone on the phone for two days and could not I was not happy about that”

“El envío de dinero a cuba difiere del lugar del mundo en el que te encuentres. Porque si vives en Canadá pagas menos por el envío. De momento utilizaré está página cuando den mejores precios para el envío. Mientras tanto utilizó otra que cobra solo 4 dólares por cada 100 CUC enviados. Duales es cara no la recomiendo”
