“Ich dachte, ich hätte 57.500 $ für immer verloren! Mein Konto wurde plötzlich gesperrt und alle Versuche, den Kundendienst zu erreichen, wurden mit Schweigen beantwortet. Die Frustration und Hilflosigkeit waren unerträglich, da jeder Versuch zu Lügen und Sackgassen führte. “It is overall a good service. Getting to contact someone if there is an issue is and has been a problem. Telephone system very antiquated. I sent 2 communication, 1 by telepphone and one by email in the last week or so. So far no relpy or acknowledgement.”

“La persona que recibe en la casa los envios en divisa dollar US se queja de que la cantidad enviada siempre se la dan en billetes grandes ( Ej. billetes de 100 0 50 US) lo cual le crea dificultades para diversificar la utilizacion y adecuarla a sus necesidades personales.”

“I am very satisfied with the way Duales pays out the money I send to Cuba. I don't like the way that Cuba uses an artificial value on the value of their money. It would be better if they used the values that are paid on the black market. The values that are paid on the black are nearer the right value.”

“I have some time ago, wrote you about the fee. I don't undetstand why the fees are different acording to the amont tranfered. For you, it is exactely the same work to do for 100$ that it is for à 500$ transfert. The fee should be fixe whatever the amont of the transfert is. You take advantage if being one of the few agences who may do transfert. When it will be possible with an other agence, lest expansive l will switch.”

“la abilidad de poder cancelar una orden de envio fue eliminada de la pagina de duales. (mas trabajo para uds. mas problema para el cliente) no se ve gane para nadie. tambien cuando el cliente llama nunca contestan el telefono por mas veces que se llame. despues de tantos anos con duales veo decline en el servicio de internet en el website de duales.”
