“Received the fingerlings....they look like knock offs. Poorly packaged, when I got them the packages are literally falling apart. I'm not even sure the monkeys will work.
Do not buy from them.

“I ordered two glow in the dark tracks with extra cars ove a month ago after a number of emails and no reply I looked them up and read the reviews seems I'm not alone in this situation I recommend not to use this company as it looks and sounds like a scam they take your money but do not send the goods.”

Give tracking numbers to make you feel better but when you follow that it simply says, 'the company have told us your goods will be with us soon.' The company never respond honestly or helpfully. One month later they still have my money, I have no goods.”

“Do not order from them they take your money and do not send you product. I never received my toy car and sent over 10 different tickets to them. Each time they gave me the same response that it had shipped and I should receive it soon. 3 months later and still no toy car and I cannot get them to issue me a refund or even talk to me regarding this issue. They are not a real company. Learn from my mistake and do not give them your business.”
“I have been reading these reviews for a while as I too have been waiting for one of their backpacks for several weeks. I have emailed them several times and they have responded twice to say be patient and your item has been shipped. My last email over 2 weeks ago has not been responded and today I was just about to send them a final warning before referring them to my bank for a refund and reporting them, and lo and behold it arrived today. So whilst the customer service may be exceptionally poor, I have actually received the goods.”
“Would not even give them 1 Star - total SCAM I ordered the Glow in the Dark car set for my Son, it never was delivered in the 4 week period- I emailed them to only get generic automated emails sent back to tell me it will be shipped out this week - every one seems to get the same excuse emails which buys them more time 3 months later still nothing - I've contacted PayPal directly- you need to call them , luckily they advised they can put a hold on the money and return to me after 11 days. The 10 days wait time apparently gives this company time to respond ( I'm sure they won't) it's quite scary how well organised this scam is and that Facebook haven't shut them down ?? It won't be long I'm sure WARNING Do Not Buy Anything from Dudes Gadgets!!!!!”
“I never received the items and they say that the shipment was refused. Found out later that a lot of people were scammed by them. I'm inviting everyone on reporting the transaction on PayPal so they can be charged back”
“Total scam. They sell cheap knock offs from China. I was stupid to buy from them lesson learned. I bought a foot exfoliating product and when it did nothing for my feet, they asked that I ship back the product to China. I used the product, idiots.”
