“bought a backpack on here and a few hours later I found out that my mom had already bought me one from Amazon and so I messaged them asking them if I can cancel, the order was a few hours old (if that) and it wasn't processed yet so I figured it would be no issue. I got a reply back later on that day asking if I was sure and for the reason and if they can offer me 10% if I stick with them. I said thank you but my mother already bought one and I won't have any use for this one now. I got no reply back, I sent multiple emails asking if they can cancel my order with no more response. It seems like as soon as they realized I definitely wanted to cancel they ignored me. It's been a week, with no response and it looks like they are still processing my order...so I guess I still have time to get a response back hopefully or continue to bombard their inbox.”
