When I query shipping, I keep getting an automated email advising my products have been shipped, and I will get tracking details soon. I get the same automated email irrespective of my query. I have now demanded a refund and I still get the same automated email response. It appears that this site is a scam and I have no idea how I can resolve this - please help!”

In order to receive a refund, I have to send the damaged maps back to China and I have to pay for shipping. This means in order to get a refund, I actually pay to return items I received already damaged and will never own (because they are no longer available for purchase).”
