“It seems that prices have gone up tremendous and the beverages are terrible. It is rare that anything I order tastes good or was prepared correctly. I’m a good customer and spend a lot of money at Dunkin. I also feel the coffee has gotten weak.”
“The other day, there was an option to order the Halloween bucket through mobile ordering. It wasn't there today, so I assumed they were out (this was the case at all 8 dunkins near me). I ordered the munchkins, went to go pick up my order and saw the buckets. I asked the lady what happened to the option on mobile ordering g and she said she didn't know. I asked for my munchkins to be in a bucket, and she said since I already placed my order, I had to pay an extra 5 bucks for the bucket! I said really? She said yes, the option has to be picked, and I said it wasn't there. What a way to connect people out of an extra 5 bucks! Just wait to get there to order! Oh, and when you pick assorted and they have 6 options, they only give you 3 flavors. 🤔🙄😆”
“I placed an on line order and went to pick it up. The food was old, dry, burnt and horrible. It tasted like day old food. These restaurants should put more pride into the food they serve people to ingest into their bodies.”

The lid broke and customer support hasn't replied to my email and when I called I got a robot response saying they could not take my call at that time. It's 11:20 CST. WTH? “There is a store at Park ave/reservoir Ave in Cranston RI. Their donuts has such small filling amount. I bought a box another day, I thought it was a mistake. I couldn’t feel the taste of the “jelly” till my last bite. DD reduced the donuts sizes, then now, reduced the filling??? Unbelievable!”
“Hawley Pa Route 6, I have tried this store since its opening with the same results and that is awful donuts. I usually go to the one in Honesdale PA but because they are being renovated I tried again. They are just as awful. I have never tasted such bad donuts as these. They are stale and the bakery they use apparently does not know how to make them or are using bad ingredients. “The location at 13600 New Falls of Neuse rd. Has gotten so impersonal. No one is at the counter when you enter. No one greets you. Then after you wait for someone to assist you they are just so uncaring and act like you are not there. There is a touch screen on the counter to place an order but you don’t know if they have what you’re wanting. There IS a TIP JAR there though. Sad that human interaction has gone bye bye these days. We witnessed a customer enter, wait for minutes to be acknowledged and got tired of waiting and said Forget it out the door she went.”
