“Uncooked bacon is gross but I guess I understand it, but uncooked sausage? That's just lazy, yall just took my money and handed me inedible food. Absolutely disgusting and lazy behavior”

“Bought 4 chocalate iced donuts today. They where the worse donuts I've ever eaten. Tasted like 3 day old. Heated them up and that didn't even help. Not sure how they stay in business . Not to mention, like everyone else, they keep making their product smaller and charging more”

“My family and I just visited store #310171 in Ocala, FL , and experienced the worst customer service I have ever encountered. First, we had to repeat our order of 2 iced coffees several times through the drive-thru. The girl taking our order could be heard talking and laughing to other employees, so she did not listen to us order. She asked three times if it was hot or cold and was told three times: "cold." We get to the window, and a guy brings over hot drinks. We told him we ordered iced, and he turned to tell someone that we ordered iced. The girl (I assume Michele because that is on the receipt) said, "Well, he had such an attitude. Just tell him to pull and make him wait." Then, an elderly woman in a pink shirt came to the window to tell us to pull up; my husband refused as there was no one behind us and no one inside, and I told her we ordered iced drinks and were given hot. She proceeded to argue with what we ordered and 'said it's loud in here, we can't hear over the intercom." She wanted to know if we had already paid because if not, we could leave. We had already paid, but my husband refused to leave without our drinks. Someone then pushed two iced drinks out the window. We did not receive the drinks we ordered (peppermint mocha and holiday cookie); instead, we received plain coffee over ice. I have never written a complaint before to a company, and I understand how difficult customer service can be. However, the experience we just had at that store was utterly unacceptable. I am sure that nothing will come of this email, but I am hopeful that additional training will be provided to Michele (324205) and the 'manager' on how to work with customers and apparently get the intercom fixed since they can't hear it or maybe actually listen to the customer. The service was terrible, and the product received was worse. I am highly disappointed in Dunkin and will instead seek other options when in the area.”

“I try four times to get rewards from my app and this is stinky app don't work I figured that it's a scam I can see things happening you know once or twice but not so often don't offer something that you don't own her to the customers somebody should regulate this this is a scam and this happened in branford Connecticut they don't even honor senior citizen discount”

“Dunkin Donut on Cheltenham Ave. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant. They gave me sausage. The cashier was great, but who ever made the order didn’t read. I drove ten minutes out my way to go get breakfast I couldn’t eat.”

“The hashbrowns were over cooked and the price for 5 small pieces is a rip off. The eggehire bite was totally disgusting. Could not tell if it was fake egg or what. The taste was horrible.”

“Went to the location in Madison on County Line Road. I don't think I have ever had a good experience with this location because every time I go, something goes wrong. Today, I ordered two peppermint mocha lattes, a bagel with cream cheese ON THE SIDE, and some donut holes. Once I finally got up to the window, they only handed me my bagel with maybe half a teaspoon of cream cheese on it and the two lattes. I had asked for some cream cheese on the side at the window, and they proceeded to tell me her manager told me I had to pay 50 cents for my side of cream cheese. I was very confused because I had asked for the cream cheese on the side to begin with, and I had already paid for everything. I didn't realize until after I left the line that I did not have my donut holes so I had to go all the way back. Once I went inside, I told them that I was missing my donut holes and they didn't even apologize or anything they just asked how many I needed. I am very disappointed I always try to avoid going to this location but I wanted to give it another chance today because I wanted to try the latte because it's seasonal. I will never be going here again. DO NOT GO HERE!!”

“The DD located at the 30th Street Septa Regional Rail stop. I asked for a plain bagel toasted well and took my order to go. Got upstairs to my office and opened the bag to reveal a whole toasted bagel. It was not split and toasted, just a toasted whole bagel? I keep trying to give this location a second chance, but they just keep failing. I am going elsewhere for my breakfast bagel. Sorry :-(”

“Went to the sawgrass location outside Marshalls, well I went up to the ice cream bar, waited, no one came to take my order? After a few minutes and the Employees seems to be chit chatting and did not want to help clients ?? So why are they there?? I left!”

“Past 6 months the bagels are like chewing leather. I have been a daily customer for over 50 years. The product that made them what they are today is not sold today. Services are horrible and customer relations at corporate is none caring... they have lost my business and many others will follow. At this rate I'm sure they will fail along with K-mart a successful business of the past!”

“The Dunkin in Easley SC is never properly staffed. They have signs up that says “ Short staffed , no espresso , and no hot food “ on the drive thru. Mobile orders are never made right and the wait is ridiculous in the morning. Sometimes the main door is locked so you have no choice but to go through the drive thru . I was an everyday customer and now it’s seldom and each time it’s a disappointment .”

“Worst customer service. Been here twice with same outcome and will not try a third time. Employees too busy doing nothing to wait on customers. When they do, they are rude and put out. Left without ordering bc i dont deserve that treatment.”
