“To the new store on 31/Palm Beach. I tried to grab the $6 box and modify to an ice tea and croissant with only cheese… the lady started yelling at me over the speaker that it will cost me more, lol. Then I said cancel that and give me a 10 box of munchkins. The lady again lectured me about the box deal and didn’t understand the meaning of cancel an order and give me another item. So I left hungry uggggg, not going there again.”

“I had the app and it was great then recently it was updated and no longer worked with my phone and I had $$ on it but could not use it In order for it to work id have to get a new phone that is absolutely ridiculous”

“Good grief. That's it. I'm done with this location. The coffee is awful. Just picked up my order and i am missing food. Paid 42 bucks and didn't get all my order. Stay away from this location, I'll just drive further to the one on 67th Ave.”

“This location is the worst Managed location. The bagels, if they even have any, are never fresh. The donut selection is very limited and stale. And today a "coffee" shop has no Original Blend Gound Coffee in stock. How does a Manager not have coffee in stock. This location is close to my house but have to travel twice the distance to buy their products. Luckily there are several other coffee shops locally I can, and will now, patronize.”

“This location is my regular stop when I go to Dunkin. The staff is very friendly and always succeeds with my order. This morning I went in, and I had a bad experience at another location. The assistant manager quickly made me a new drink, so I had to finally leave my positive review of this location.”

“Did online order, didn't have product, my card was charged, no refund at store level, called corporate for refund to be told owner would have to contact me for refund. Make it make sense. A customer was charged, didn't receive product or service, but has to wait 2 days for refund?? Horrible customer service. Starbucks here i come.”

“Not as advertised I got the dunkings box this morning from the location in Kyle Tx, not even close to how good it’s advertised on tv the hash browns were burnt tasted like smoke, and my breakfast sandwich was all over the place sloppy, the egg is like a wet sponge I couldn’t eat it what a waste of of money, and the donuts are not fresh at all smh , I would not eat here even again.”

“The DD store on route 23 in Oneonta at Mirabito's is the best one in town. The service is way better than any of the other Dunkin Donuts. So, I will always go here even though it is a bit further for me!”

“Dunkin in Mount Kisco on E Main Street is fantastic Super nice staff esp Elida and Carlos. Fast service. I highly recommend this store Much better than any other place near me by far. And big store, can sit at window counter and relax”
