“Marston st. Lawrence mass. Lorraine the new manager. Has no personality not friendly I frequent there evert morning every morning .I left my purse in the car n use y app but was short 23 cents n told h er I'll go get it n she's like no. Wth. Rude as much money I spend on a daily basis she should of let it go or let Me get the money. I know every one in there by name. I been going for years. The store is dirty since other managers left. Time to go elsewhere”

“I just wanted to report on the newly remodeled store on Dewey Ave.Terrible customer service.i walked in,barely acknowledged with 2 employees and slower than molasses. I sorta was in a hurry but the two of them were jawin back and forth in their personal affairs.the young man is a poor representative of your company.dredlocks hanging in his face,pants dropping down to his butt and I must've waited to be acknowledged for at least 5 min.and I was the only one at the counter. With such a nice makeover it's too bad a better image of employees can't match it.i used to go to this one all the time.now.i go to Mt Read Blvd one in greece.thats all she wrote”

“I asked for the $6 meal deal and asked for an everything toasted bagle. Guess my surprise when I got to work and found I had a I guess it was a croissant. I couldn't take it back because I would be late coming back to work. This is like the 3rd time there has been a problem with this place (Schuyler Street, Utica, NY store)”

“I went to the location at 1066 W Grant Rd in Tucson AZ at approximately 5:55 am on 11/13/2024. I placed an order in the Drive Thru. I was buying breakfast for two young children that are very picky about their food and its appearance. I ordered two coffee rolls and two donuts that were vanilla frosted with sprinkles. When ordering I asked that the coffee rolls be packed separate from the donuts - when purchasing a coffee roll for a child, if it has any sprinkles from the donuts on it, it becomes unacceptable. When I drove to the window to pay and pick up my order, the employee has one full bag. What transpired after that that point was me becoming a joke to the manager (who eventually got involved in my order) and the other employees (a total of 4 including the manager) who all stood around the drive thru window smiling and smirking as if they were watching a comedy. I won't describe more but I ended up driving off not purchasing anything and telling the manager and the employees to all go to he_l!!!! I will never return to any Dunkin Donuts. I hope your businesses go bankrupt and all the employees at that location become unemployed. Treat customers like s_it and you lose customers to other businesses. I'm sure your employees and manager with tell my experience differently to protect their jobs and not your business. Too bad for you for hiring bad employees. Don't contact me because I don't want anything further to do with your company.”

“We went to dunkin donuts at Verona NY-31 this morning. Those drinks were so bad and my husband went to complain about it. The service wasn't good and this was on Sunday November 10th 2024 at 9:45AM”

“I went to the dunkin in medina my and a woman with brown short hair took care of me. I was in the drive through and I said “I would like a medium matcha. iced” and then she repeated it back and said “iced matcha” and i said “with cold foam”. she pauses and says “what type of coffee?” i paysed and said “i said cold foam” and she says and very shortly says “k”. i didn’t mind because she misheard me but i ordered a grilled cheese and avocado toast and all she said was ok. i then waited for her to ask if there is anything else as any other customer service place does. as i do at my job. she didn’t so i said it was good. i get to the window and she opens it and stares at me till i give my payment and says nothing which was very rude. i give it to her and she hands it to me and says nothing. she then hands me a coffee with cold foam and i said “i’m sorry i ordered a matcha” and she gives me a dirty look and sighs and dumps it out and walks to reuse the same cup. my matcha is chunky. she then refused to give me the food and someone else had to do it. i am very displeased. i do not want anything, i just wish that new employees were taught how to hear and how to make drinks when they work at a coffee place. and maybe don’t hire someone who’s antisocial and has no respect or manners?”

“ordered 1/2 dozen donuts with chocolate and sprinkles. I was lucky there was 1/2 teasoon chocolate on it. Horrible, might as well got plain donuts. Not many varieties of donuts for a late morning.”

“The last four times I ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich at dunkin doughnuts leroy ny, the eggs were cold the bread wasn't toasted all the bacon was in one blob in the middle of the sandwich, but after reading other reviews it appears that the management doesn't care”

“I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this Dunkin' Donuts location. I simply asked the employee to repeat my order to ensure accuracy, but she refused, insisting I move forward because of "a long line." I pointed out that only two cars were behind me, but she still wouldn’t confirm my order. When I asked for a manager, I was told no one was available. Instead of handling my request professionally, the employee began ranting and even raised her voice, claiming my order was “too large to repeat.” Ultimately, this lack of basic courtesy led to mistakes in my order. I’m genuinely disappointed with this level of service and hope that management will address these issues to improve the customer experience.”

“I just ate 1/2 of the worst sausage,egg and cheese croissant I have ever had! The croissant was squashed, the sandwich was very bad. They have definitely gone down hill! I also saw them serve a very sloppy coffee drink to another customer with overflow on the outside of the cup. I think I'll avoid this location! Now I know why they no longer have the heavy traffic they used to have!”
