“Over the years I have received excellent service and have always had a good relationship with the team. I recently made a purchase on the 30th December 2022 of the swarovski ostrich only to find it being discounted by 15% in January. Despite several online chat messages asking for clarity as to being considered for a refund of the difference, I have had no response which has been most disappointing. Having spent a substantial amount of money over the years with Duty free crystal I am saddened it is closing .”

“Disappointed to find the item I purchased was on offer with an additional 15% extra off yet I wasn't credited with the discount. I've traded with Duty Free Crystal for years and this is the first time I've been disappointed with their service. They won't even respond to my emails and calls a friend has made who is in the same position isn't getting her calls returned as the company promised.”
