“Due to inadequate packaging, the Swarovski gift bag and box containing the earrings were both extremely crumpled, as this was a birthday gift it’s disappointing that we had to present the gift in this condition.”

“Great prices and fast delivery would and should get a score of 5 stars however the web site is an absolute pain in the a*** to use in that every few minutes a box appears informing you someone has purchased an item, this usually causes the site to crash! Very frustrating to use.”

“Great service, always replied to emails straight away. Great value too. The only thing that I was a bit disappointed by, which was more the postal services problem, was the box was very crushed at one end when it arrived, I was worried the item would be broken but it was OK, although there was a small dent in the actual Swarovski blue box, which is a shame as its a gift, but it's not to bad.”

“The hook for the big crystal was very loose and allowed the crystal to fall all by movement, but had an easy fix with a clear rubber backing to an earring. The necklace is very shiny and beautiful. Overall it is a great necklace!”

“After a shaky start, I received a welcome email from someone who gave me an e mail address if I had problems. I was having problems with an order so emailed him only to get an undelivered message so I forwarded the Customer Service the e mail. They didn't have the courtesy to replay at all. However I managed to order the third time I tried and the service was very fast and efficient. Even this close to Christmas they dispatched the items very quickly and I received them the next day. The box had some packing in but not enough to stop the boxes inside from sliding around. Luckily nothing was damaged.”

“I purchased five items from Duty Free. I recieved a personal email from Matt in a couple of hours to assist in any further queries or requirements. The parcel arrived very quick however, one item was missing. I contacted Matt and after a few exchange of emails the refund was issued promptly. Matt was very helpful and polite. I would buy again. The products are genuine and arrive well packaged. The only reason I deducted a star was because i have noticed in the reviews that missing items have happened in the past too and I think improvements on that aspect need to take place. Apart from that I am very happy with the product and service. Thank you Matt.”
