“What a beautiful decoration. The detail is exquisite and it’s a real favourite. Duty Free Crystal are the best too. Great prices, lovely team and super fast delivery. I get all my swarovski from them.”

“Duty Free Crystal are great, good prices, good service but this year's Swarovski snowflake came in a horrible green box, not the usual blue triangle so now I'm worried I bought the wrong thing!”

“Very good customer service. Usually quick delivery but obviously with the post strikes my item took 2 weeks to arrive. This time. I love that duty free crystal are 20% cheaper than Swarovski themselves.”

Many thanks for the review Item purchased 10th December, dispatched 12th December. Tracking reference supplied with dispatch notification. The customer also benefited from free UK carriage, we pre paid the VAT and also gave a 10% discount. Postal strikes and weather delays but the goods still managed to arrive within 7 working days. Without hand delivering it ourselves what more could we have a done. There is no pleasing some people.
