“The earrings i received are gorgeous but cannot wear them as one of them pinches my ear. I am so dissapointed about this. Now they have been put away and probably never get used..”

“The crystal is a present for my Mum who is an avid collector and she will love it as an addition to what she already owns. But the packaging was slightly damaged, the outside box was bashed in a couple of places and the gift bag was very creased which is a shame as it slightly spoils the overall look of the gift.”

“Ordered a Swarovski Crystal Pen and it arrived withing 48hrs. Nicely packed in pouch with thank you note and even the Swarovski branded little bag. Price was the best i could find too. Very pleased. Would use them again.”
