“My amount charged per month was increased by 10$ and I have no idea why. Doesn’t matter that it was noted in an email that they were charging me more, (no reason for increase was given) there was nothing I was aware of that was supposed to increase my monthly amount??? Will be canceling my account.”

Thank you for your feedback. We never increase our premiums just because we can. There are multiple rating factors that our underwriters use to determine premium rates, such as postal code, credit score, crime rates, and claims, to name a few. “Duuo is easy to setup and their email reminders are very important contribute to a friendly experience. Their online account management could use a lot of work, however. In terms of pricing, Duuo could stand to be about 10-15% cheaper, and they could stand to award referral bonuses.”
