There are multiple rating factors that our underwriters use to determine premium rates, such as postal code, credit score, crime rates, and claims, to name a few. “I purchased the wrong insurance for my needs and when the error was discovered, you directed me to the correct insurance, returned the funds on the wrong purchase and had the new one in place with in a day and well in time for the event I needed it for. You even emailed proof to the event co-coordinator.”
