“As a landlord I do not like Duuo Insurance because the policies are only one month at a time and if you have a 1 year lease, you have no idea if the tenant has cancelled the insurance after the first month.”

When a landlord's email address is entered through the online quoting process at the time of policy purchase, a landlord will be notified of policy purchase and will be notified in the event the policy is cancelled. “So far I am super happy with my choice and the fact that I have a great insurance company that is easy to get cheap and honest with me on the terms. Love the month to month service never have heard of insurance companies offering this. I have yet to make a claim so I cannot say anything regarding that but when and hopefully I won't have to but if I ever have to ill add to my review”
