About DWG Mortgages:

We are a team of advisors who have 30 years plus industry experience so we have all the tools we required to help you get the mortgage you need.

We are passionate about dealing with our clients in a friendly way and have built our success on recommendations from happy clients.

There are four of us Nick Green, Sam Denly, Kerry Willis and Lisa Green.

We deal with the whole mortgage market including later life mortgages so whatever you need, we will be able to help you find the best solution.

“I’ve used Nick for many years to arrange my mortgage and he has always been an absolute pleasure to deal with. However, even I was impressed with how brilliantly he dealt with my recent remortgage. He offered expert advice right from the start, finding me a lender which suited my self employed income far better than most, securing me a rate which was so much cheaper than I was expecting. When I told him I needed it to go through quickly, Nick took care of absolutely everything! He worked out of hours to get the application in that same day and pushed to turn my mortgage offer around in less than week.... in the middle of a global pandemic and at a time when many lenders were experiencing a huge backlog! Very impressive, five star service and I would thoroughly recommend Nick to anyone.”

“As nervous first time buyers, myself and my partner were really unsure of the process when buying our first home. However we were put in touch with Nick who was really supportive and explained every step clearly for us to understand. He got us a great deal and I’d recommend him to anyway who needs some guidance when getting their first mortgage. Great service, would highly recommend.”

“We used Sam’s services in May of lockdown and cannot rate him enough! We viewed and moved into our property within 5 weeks. This was largely due to Sam’s efficiency and dedication to get our application, processed promptly and with the right deal. He explained all our options and really helped us decide which was the best deal to take in our current and future situation and what option to choose with regards to how long each deal lasted. Our requirements were complex yet you would not think so on how quick he processed everything. I highly recommend Sam and his team.”
