Robbing gits, I always paid for what I use as I'm on a meter, yet my rates are constantly being increased to help pay for their incompetency and inability to meet targets. External rain drains shouldn't be connected to treatment stations, how hard is that to understand. If you want to increase rates, do it to everyone that is on estimated bill, they are usually the ones using way more water than what they pay for.

I'm so scared of Welsh water, after hours and hours of calls, I think its lot BIGGER than I first thought, in my experience, (13 years account with Welsh water) and I hope it's not a 'systemic issue', but it's all to do with the CREDIT REPORTING PRACTICES, the way water companies are reporting since 2018. Its reporting UK households payments utility history, In my Opinion, this Is outrageous, since many factors are effecting UK, in Wales unemployment at lowest with financially struggling families already in debt, this do not help.. so if the reporting negatively effects the entire UK households Individually and many are already prone to bad credit score. Therefore, it's holding back people like me and hundreds of thousands of people in the UK . Because, Inturn they'll require other methods of credit and the spiral continues. This happened to me personally, as after paying a debt that i didn't know about until ten years later upon checking my consumer reports, I then paid this debt off, they then continued to report missed payments, defaults and more misinformation, meanwhile, the account should of been CLOSED , I still am waiting for their promise to rectify the history of this paid closed account , BUT to this day... there's still some unresolved untrue information effecting my score.. leaving me no choice but to dispute with escalation to the relevant avenues. But bare in mind.. this is obliterated any chance of me obtaining credit , as my credit worthiness is low because of these issues, so for 6+ years I've been held back by the negative entries on my report

I have an empty property. Advised them and asked them to disconnect in 2015. In 2020 they re-connected, even though I didn't ask them. Then they sent bills to this (empty) property, ending with a CCJ and default in my name. Trying to sort this out but they're deliberately dragging their feet as if to torment for fun. You guys need to thoroughly investigate your litigation department, it seems to be run by children.

One of the worst companies to deal with. Real time wasters. Left a mother with 3 young children with blocked drains with sewerage coming out. will not attend despite the blockage being on a shared sewerage system with two other properties. Thank you welsh water Swansea.

Awful company, their TV ad's say they're not for profit but for the people of Wales. They should be ashamed of themselves! I have had repeated bad service from them, their monoploy should be stopped, I would move away immediately!

I'm a landlord. The tenant didn't pay his water bill. Even thought I had told Welsh Water that he lived there and that his lease made him responsible for the water bills, I got a demand from Welsh Water's debt collectors saying that I had to pay the bill! When I complained to Welsh Water, who hadn't got in touch with me at all, they denied that I had told them the tenant lived there and said that under these circumstances the landlord was responsible for paying the tenant's bills!!! Unfortunately Welsh Water have a monopoly, so I can't move to a different provider. This company is rubbish!
