“DX's delivery company USP Postal did not deliver package as stated. USP Postal did not hand off package to local USPS (United States Postal Service) as stated because no USPS tracking number generated.
DX will not consider a refund until 30 days after package is not received. That is a really long time to wait on a package.
DX will not accept a credit card or debit card for online payments. Option is shown, but will not process. They only allow bitcoin. Offer nice discount to use bitcoin. But you give up a lot of consumer protection when using bitcoin for purchases. Interestingly, my debit card was hacked immediately after I attempted to use it to make an online purchase from DX.
I don't expect to receive a refund and will probably be out the total of my purchase.”

“SCAM AVOID - I queried how I track my shipment several days after the status was changed to "Fully Shipped" only for them to demand another $111 dollars to fulfill the order and telling me it hasnt been shipped at all.
I tried to open a complaint on there website but the form doesnt work... you cannot contact them via twitter and facebook messages go unanswered.”
“Order a drone as it was shown in stock. Took the money instantly, then after a week of no response said it was out of stock I need to wait 2 weeks, after 20 messages and on messenger, I get a response, out of stock please wait. Asked them 10 times to cancel the order , no response. Then a message , saying out of stock, nothing about cancellation. Another 5 messages sent , nothing. I don’t think I’ve dealt with such a irresponsible, ignorant and unprofessional company in all my years. Been a month and still have no idea what’s happening. Can’t find a email or system to complain. I’m £400 out of pocket with no idea where , when or whatever is happening”
“Ordered a product that showed "in stock", did not receive it for a few weeks. Checked DealExtreme, they showed it out of stock. Contacted them, no support. Waited a month to get item to shipped status. Then item is delivered while we are away. They will not redirect to another address, so item is held. We try to pick it up when we get back, but item is now lost. DealExtreme refuses to refund. Opened a complaint with credit card company, still waiting for money back 4 months later.

“This website is basically a fraud. I bought a 4G signal amplifier...that actually was only for 3G, the web info is plainly false. I reuested return paying shipment back , and never got a penny back . The joke goes to 140€ wasted for nothing adn a lot of time.

“I ordered an item and received an email that stated that I should receive it in 15 - 20 days and that I should contact them if I don't receive it by then. I needed this item within a month as I was moving. I did not receive the item and by 20 days I contacted the company and was told that it usually takes 5 - 8 weeks! There was no tracking information on the package and no warning that it could take this long. Now I will be gone and I won't have the item for my trip which I really need. Now I will have to see if I can find it somewhere else with little time to find a replacement and I am out my money for the product. Please never use this company.”
