Lied about delivery saying i wasn't in when i was decorating hallway at the time and front door was wide open. They also said they'd left a card. Another lie. The redelivery was due today and nothing. No email or text. This company are the pits. Don't go by the great trustpilot reviews either and don't bother with customer service they never call back.

Terrible said two days in a row out for delivery, even showed it in my village and then dissapears off tracking and says scanned at delivery depot. Useless

Booked collection for today 12.3.2025 waited by the door, no sign of driver nor vehicle, then received a status update saying failed collection no answer. Absolute false info.

Shocking service awful awful customer service and that’s being polite! This is the second attempt to deliver a door that is to be fitted tomorrow first attempt the door was smashed second attempt the door was apparently at the depot so I booked a day off work to receive the door and surprise surprise 30 minutes before time if delivery I am being told it’s now not at the depot?? WTH is going on here completely incompetent service from start to when will this end???

On Monday your driver did not attend my house with my passport as claimed the delivery "was unsuccessful", I was sat in my living room with views of both the front and back of the house and he did not approach the property at all. I contacted your team and got a call back from someone who said they will contact the depot and I heard nothing for several hours I reached out again for them to tell me the courier will return to my address to deliver my parcel, I stayed inside all day waiting as you couldn't give me an ETA, simply for him to not even turn up. I have had to cancel and rearrange my flight which has cost me so much money. The next day I complained again to the online chat service they got the same person to ring me again. Sophie on the phone assured me it will arrive today and that she will try to get an earlier delivery as my eta was so late, she said she will call me back with an update. Unsurprisingly, I never heard back. My delivery eventually arrived here today at 7.30PM and it was the same driver as yesterday, Leonardo. I asked him why he didn't return to bring my passport yesterday after he couldn't be bothered to deliver it the first time, he said "I don't know I came but no answer" which was a BLATANT lie. He also came to my back gate instead of the front door, which doesn't have a doorbell, I was purposely waiting for them otherwise he most definitely would have marked it as unsuccessful again. I genuinely have not had a worse experience with a delivery company than this one, after waiting a year for my visa for them to be so reckless with my passport is crazy, I have now had to rearrange my flights and I'm out of pocket now due this companies laziness and unprofessionalism. I will be writing to the embassy and hope they make a better decision on who use as a courier. This company has terrible reviews if you look at the Google reviews it's genuinely hard to find a good one, and the owner responds to majority of them saying to email, I have emailed and recieved nothing back. They clearly know they have issues they need to resolve but don't care enough to resolve anything. This company should be out of business, rude drivers, useless chat system and useless customer service. And I paid £21 delivery for this?? If you have the option, avoid this company at all costs!

My parcel was not delivered, and they are clearly lying because 3 hours before the supposedly attempted delivery it already said it was scanned into their logistical center. I was tracking the map and when they were close I left the door open and was looking over the balcony and they did not even get close to the building and suddenly it said ´´consignee no longer at address awaiting further instructions´´ it is a really awful and poor service since they also do not take phone calls, its only an automated service. They caused me to start my new job without my uniform, how horrible!

They will lie to you about everything. Not being able to find an address is one thing, but blatantly and purposefully lying to you (and about you to sellers if they feel the need) is completely ridiculous. Shambles of a company.

Tracker says delivery during day and no show. Tracker info not updated and had to ring and still no clarity on delivery date.

An email said they tried to deliver but we were in all day. The delivery driver did not ring the bell nor leave a card. How do I know he tried the correct delivery address?I have tried to contact them but it is impossible.

Rang to make arrangements for a parcel to be returned arrived when they said they would a lovely lady took the box from us gave me the paperwork I needed for proof could not fault this service.

This Mickey mouse company only deliver to the ground floor!! I suggest they try a different service, cos delivery service ain't their thing. The driver was rude and expected me, a 59 yrs old disabled female to go and being a kitchen cupboard up on my own. Absolutely appalling.

They claim to have delivered my package today. They haven’t even had the decency to respond from customer services. I think that they make up delivery estimates and times to try to prove that they are competent but from management down to drivers they are totally rubbish. Their poor performance is reflected constantly on local social media

I was supposed to receive a delivery on the 23rd of January but somehow DX got it wrong and never updated the vendor I bought from. On the second attempt, which was delayed, they delivered to a random address 8 miles from where I live (that was on 11/02/2025). After googling what I could see on the photo evidence provided from the vendor I managed to identify the house. I had to drive there, leave a letter because they were not in and drive back again to pickup the item. The only thing in common with the addresses was the house name. Village, road, and post code were completely different. Why deliver to a random address?? Stupidity. From what I can see from other reviews this seems to be common practice.

Received an item that was damaged so the company sent me a replacement with DX express next day delivery! Never arrived on the date the tracking said it was due now just says parcel in storage at depot! Who knows when it will arrive or if it will ever arrive after reading all these reviews!

Absolutely the worst delivery service out there. Still awaiting my delivery after arriving in Belfast on the 4th of February. Zero communication from DX, hung up on 8 times after being transferred to other call handlers. Zero response to online messages. Not the 1st time this has happened with DX. But this will definitely be the last! Any company using them in the future, order will be cancelled or I will hire DPD to do the job in less than 3 days.

Never heard of DX until a week ago when I ordered a parcel from a small company on eBay, delivery attempted on 6th even though initially eBay listing said between 7th & 8th, no knock at the door so no parcel delivered, rescheduled for the 7th same thing happens no one came to the door, rescheduled for 11th, left notes out this time to direct driver to the door, no delivery attempted again. Didn’t bother rescheduling as got fed up and ordered elsewhere instead. Text this morning to say delivery between 3:20pm + 5.20pm - nothing as of yet (4:56pm) but not hopefully it’ll arrive in the next 24 minutes either

I am not sure why we cannot give no stars. We have rushed home to be here for the delivery slot. Then a text to say 'sorry we missed you'. A complete lie as we are at home just for this delivery. Of course no card was left because they weren't here. Will complain to the company that uses them.
