orderd a parcel for next day delivery on wednesday 14th dec was waiting thursday / friday still nothing and nothing showing on the tracking but had a message saying due for delivery but unable to complete delivery and will be by monday .called them and they said it will be deliverd saturday and will call me regardless to let me no.nothing saturday closed sunday and put on last delivery for monday after they had said they will call the driver and ask for urgent delivery.no answer for over 20mins hung up and called again answerd 2nd ring.useless and not helpfull atall.dont keep to what they say

Two promised delivery slots and days, no show. Changed working hours to await the valuable item but didnt turn up. No message to explain why ?

Today is a wet day. Your drivers are bloody useless. If it's wet put the mail in the FKN letter box, not left hanging out! So who's paying for my expensive magazine that was so wet it had to be thrown away. Your drivers are totally incompetent!!!

Notified my order was out for delivery today (6/12/22) between 16.34 and 18.34. Van live tracking ceased before the above slot began. No further contact from DX and order has not been delivered (I have been at home all day). Tracking history shows my order was back at the Rotherham depot (for storage) at 17.22) over an hour before the delivery slot was due to end. Rotherham is a good 45 minute drive from my address. No further update received from DX.

They've delivered the mattress to the WRONG address on the WRONG date and simply dumped it outside the door. This was a week ago and it is still unresolved, despite me calling Bensons for Beds (which uses DX for some strange reason I cannot fathom) multiple times. No way contact DX, no pickup arranged despite its urgency as I'm moving house at the end of week. Absolutely livid. Avoid at ALL COSTS.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ! The worst delivery company ever ! I waited in all day today for my delivery which near arrive to be sent a text tonight it will be delivered on the 5th December which is now no good to me as the man is coming tomorrow to fit my blind. I have lost a days holiday today. Because the blind is still not here I have to now pay him £50.00 . I have waited over three days for this blind to be delivered and its still not here. I called their customer services other joke over an hour on the phone and you never get to talk to anyone.

Approved Food uses this Company, obviously because they’re cheap! Every time I have had to wait in for three days as they send messages saying the item is being delivered at a certain time and nothing shows up! This time I’ve waited for over a week. How come the order is obviously on the van for days , but delivery driver too lazy to deliver! WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! They don’t deserve to be in business!!!!

DO NOT USE ,MESSED AROUND AND LIED TO Joke of a company received email saying parcel WILL be delivered between 16.33 and 18.33 Weds parcel never got delivered and went back to depot got message day after (Thurs)parcel will be delivered between 16.12 and 18 .12 today tracking stopped at 15.13 rang depot they asked me what was in my parcel?? Like its any of their business they then said it would be delivered just after 5pm ..it wasn't and phones shut down at 17 40 even though they are meant to be there till 6pm . I have now cancelled my order with the supplier and received a refund I notified them of DX Delivery's incompetence and added that I will not be ordering anything at all from them until they change couriers.

Delivery was meant to be Monday. They couldn't find the place. They could txt my mobile to let me know it was on the way but they couldn't ring it to find me. Listed a business to drop parcel off as neighbour. Every day I got a message saying it out for delivery and then nothing. 5 days went by and then it was sent back to the sender. Bloody joke. Big waste of time.

Absolute shambles of a company!! They received my parcel from sender on Friday 18th November I paid for express next day delivery, but first delivery date given was Monday 21st. Driver stated he was unable to locate address and I never received notification I had to go on to tacking to find out this info. I had to book a further date. In total their substandard so-called service has cost so far has cost me circa £2400 in income and I'm STILL WAITING. Thanks DX I hope company collapses!!! AVIOD USING THEM AT ALL COST.

I can only think business owners use this company because they are cheap to deliver their goods, if they knew the frustration this caused their customers they would soon realise it's a false economy. First attempted delivery says my address was incomplete (even though if you put my postcode into google maps, my house is there), second attempted delivery says I wasn't in. I have been in and waiting both times, wasting precious time and losing my own revenue.

Worst Courier Company - Avoid the delivery driver couldn’t be bother to ring the buzzer again i got prove he only waited there for 11 seconds!!!! till i went down and he is gone !! he didn’t deliver my passport !!!!! the worst experience i have with you lot absolutely worst company ever !! Literally zero customer service

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! An absolute disgrace of a delivery company. Took the day off from work awaiting delivery of a passport, only to receive a message advising that the delivery has been postponed. No way to contact anyone at DX as the service that I require is automated. Tried lots of times with the webchat, only to be told that there were no advisors available. Absolutely useless and to be avoided at all costs!

I have had to wait in my house for 7 days now and after contacting DX an automated message probably programmed to keep customers in the dark says my delivery will come tomorrow!!! I am not holding any hope . I ordered from Plumbnation and will never use them again .

After three days waiting in For delivery. Tracking my parcel was one mile away from me no delivery. Now told may deliver it on Saturday.?. Terrible service. Beginning to think it will never be delivered. Discussed. D.Tucker.

Second time they’ve not bothered to deliver and the time it arrived before, it was broken! I’ll never accept dx being sent to me again! I’ll never use them myself ither! Very bad !
