The worst courier company I've had experience with. The driver came near my house twice, but never made attempt to deliver my item, falsely claiming that I was not in.

Terrible service. All automated and most importantly every time we've ordered something due to be delivered by DX something goes wrong. Today it's out for delivery. We could see it on the map, 10 mins from our house. Waited in for hours during the delivery window, then suddenly the map updates and the driver is going in the opposite direction! This is the 3rd or 4th time this has happened with your service. It's an absolute disgrace. Obviously we would not choose to use their service, we bought something off Amazon and didn't have a choice in the matter. If you do have a choice boycott at all costs. Absolute joke, no customer service at all. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Expected my delivery today to be told the driver is busy and can’t deliver, what sort of company is this? Then told I can collect from depot so I’m doing their job no thanks total waste of space

AVOID! This company is terrible, customer service a joke if you get to speak to anyone. Send about 5 different emails to tell you there coming all with different dates. express delivery a joke 15 days in. If there was half a star I still wouldn’t give it them. Told the supplier to change currier.

Appaling company not worth the 1 star I had to provide to write this review, DX called at my property 3 days ago, I answered using my ring doorbell and asked the courier to put the parcel in my large secure metal parcel box by the front door, he refused say he needed the parcel signed for, I tried on 3 attempts to speak to someone to no avail, there are only automated messages. I rearranged the parcel for delivery today, took the day off work, watched the tracking which said the parcel was out for delivery at 05:21 only for it to be updated at 11.06 saying it had been scanned back to the delivery depot. I tried calling again, the automated service said the parcel delivery is scheduled for today and it does NOT need a signature. I have been on hold to the DX general enquires number for over an hour to no avail. THIS COMPANY IS APPALLING, IT DOES NOT KNOW WHAT IT IS DOING, HIDES BEHIND AUTOMATED ANSWERING AND CANNOT DO THE ONE THING IT IS SUPPOSED TO WHICH IS DELIVERY PARCEL. AVOID DX AT ALL COSTS, THERE ARE OTHER DELIVERY COMPANIES THAT ARE POOR BUT DX IS BEYOND USELESS.

Terrible customer service. They are unable to track thier own internal deliveries between their depots and take up to a week to complete an overnight delivery. !!!!!AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Awful delivery 2 heavy clothes lines poles were left in the middle of the path so anyone could trip over. We asked driver to politely move them told us "no! I'm not doing that" and walked off.

Three days on the trot I received texts telling me a delivery window , three days on the trot my parcel did not arrive. After dark on the third day ( today ) a neighbour took a photograph of my parcel which had been dumped on the grass by the side of the gates at the end of our track. This is 800 metres away from our house ! Essentially the parcel was left in plain sight of anyone who was driving past and I’m lucky that someone honest found the parcel. The neighbour put the parcel in a safe place and I will collect it tomorrow morning. If it wasn’t so annoying and incompetent I would laugh ! I do not understand how a company can stay in business when they are so useless

Awful customer service, failed to deliver my parcel 2 days in a row and I have to spend an hour on the phone waiting to talk to an adviser. They give you a delivery window that doesn't mean anything at all, and can't update clients on the failure of deliveries. I would give 0 stars if it was an option.

Slow delivery and wasted my time. Booked a slot for Saturday as I work during the week. Waiting in all Saturday and they didn't turn up. It was then booked for Monday but they didn't show up that day wasting a day's leave I used. Tracking is useless and it's very difficult to contact anyone as it's all automated speaking. Wouldn't use again that's for sure!

This has happened every time I gat a DX delivery. Text saying delivery date. Nothing happens that day. Next day they say they're out again. Then they lie and say a card was left because I wasn't in. BUT I was. No card, no attempted delivery. Can't even speak to a human on live chat to vent your frustration at these idiots.

DX lied to say there was no one at home when I took the day off never left and got a text to say sorry we missed you and that they have left a calling card again another lie this was a birthday gift which was not received and guess this comment will be shelved and no follow up done

Absolute rubbish. 100% failure rate on collections and deliveries. Lies, decent and stress. They say they're at your door when they're not. Wait two days for a collection only to be told they came. Get a cash to say nobody's home for delivery, but nobody is at the door when opened. Do not use this rubbish company especially if you need passports urgently. You will end up stressed and cost you your health and your travel. Do not recommend it. Quick to take your money then fail to deliver a service. Avoid!!

Waited in TWICE and TWICE they said they couldn’t find us the first time, then sorry you weren’t it we left a card the second time. Both nonsense. As we were in and there was of course no card! Utterly useless company. Avoid. And I STILL don’t have my delivery!
