Worst delivery company - text arrived the morning of delivery - requiring me to stay home, didn’t ring doorbell and left card. Now I can’t get through to a human being and no one is on their ‘live chat’ - such a headache and pain! AVOID at all costs the worst customer service of any delivery company I’ve experienced

AWFUL! Avoid at all costs. They say they are due to deliver in the morning via text and then text in the evening (after waiting in all day) to say the et have been unable too - when they have not even attempted. I paid for next day delivery and after 6 attempts, have had to cancel my item because they are completely inept

They tried to deliver parcel I wasn’t at home. Usual card through the door with instructions how to have parcel brought back. The fun begins! Automated service. Plug in code does not recognise code so cuts you off. Then try online support . Submit code address etc again only to be told no advisor available Phoned helpline number same scenario, cut me off. No idea where my parcel is no idea how to contact company..... no way will you find a number where you can speak to a person. Hopeless.

Terrible company, if I could give zero stars I would. Driver said he couldn’t find the address so I phoned him and he had already left and have a sob story about how many other deliveries he had to make. When I phoned the depot they said he’d taken a picture of the door and left a slip saying I wasn’t in, but how is that even possible when he said he couldn’t find the address? Bunch of liars, stay clear.

My delivery apparently came when I was at work and it's gone, DX will not provide me simple proof of delivery or let me know where it was left simply because they are considered money could be claimed back when all I wanted was an investigation since I've lost my money and my parcel. The customer service disconnected from me and were uncooperative! I've contacted complaints to no avail and I'm fuming! I'm passing this onto the ombudsman because this delivery service is the worst and most useless in the UK I've come across, I'd go so far as saying I'd rather cancel any future deliveries than deal with them again.

The worst delivery company ever. I was told my parcel would be delivered on the 9th of Feb, but didn't arrive but apparently they had made a delivery attempt. Absolute lie was in all day. Then it was being delivered on the 10th again nothing, then another email it was being delivered on the 11th , I thought 3rd time lucky but nothing. This is now the 15th of Feb and still waiting, supposed to be coming today huh not holding my breath. The app is a waste of time , absolutely useless and according to the app my parcel is at the depot and not in a delivery van . The app is showing the delivery driver is in a wood, looks like he,s been there since the 9th of Feb. The company is a complete shambles and I can't understand why anyone would want to use them . DX stands for delivered exactly but exactly when is the question 🤔 Live chat is non existent , no one ever available to chat.

When I phone I get a automated response that ends the call after I give it my delivery number and postcode I have never had a delivery company with a customer service this bad there is no way to contact people! And I follow the instructions to find its sending me in a portal of never ending phone call that tell me to re direct to dxdelivery.com then to tell me to call the same number I cannot express how frustrated this has made me everyone avoid.

Absolutely shocking company, never used them before and I never intend to in the future. Told I missed my parcel but we have motion detection cameras on the door and not once have they been triggered by a DX delivery driver. Apparently he had 100% been and put a 'We missed you slip' through the door. What a pack of lies. How does this company survive? Look at your reviews and act on them.

Received a text message to say delivery would be made today between 19.00 and 21.00. While at home waiting for the delivery I received a msg to say they had tried to deliver before19.00 and had been unable too. Also they left a card. No card was left and no one came to my door. How does this company survive. Was also told I had re arranged to have delivery the next day. Another lie. Furious. Not worth one star.

Dx collected my parcel from my house. Put collected at the time collected on the tracking. At some point lost my parcel, which i paid extra to cover me if this happened. They then changed the tracking to unable to collect. So not only lost my parcel or stole. They then lied so they would not have to refund me. Disgusting behaviour LIARS. A company of this size must have tracking on their vans. Especially if they just employee thieves.

I've now waited five days and taken two days off work to collect a parcel with an extremely important document. Despite being given a time window, nothing shows up. The tracking page says 'Redelivery failed due to consignee not being available'. But I was waiting *at the door* and heard no knock or doorbell. Very frustrating!

Would like to give 0 stars. Courier lied and updated the tracking system that the item had been delivered and signed for - which is not the case. I was at home all morning waiting for the delivery, and the item is still not delivered. Not only inefficient, but also now lying! Appalling company.

Got email last night stating parcel due today tracking not updated all day 4pm and still showed waiting to go out for delivery so went on live chat got through after about 20 times to be to.d it’s still in transit it might reach depot by weekend you may get it Thursday check tomorrow very rude very unhelpful no notification to let me know fuming is not the word

Never heard of DX Direct so when I got an email saying a parcel was coming with them I did a Google search. Wish I hadn't because the awful reviews made me expect the worst. But then, it's more common for people to complain than to say everything was fine, so more fool me. The company I bought from on Saturday (29/1/22) told me to expect my standard (free) delivery for Tuesday or Wednesday. Today is Monday and the parcel has just arrived at midday, within the 2 hour delivery window that I was notified of earlier this morning. Also as notified, it was delivered by their driver Robert, who could not have been nicer. Even though I took the parcel he had to complete quite a thorough form on his phone that included a description of my front door(!) - presumably this helps prevent drivers saying they attempted delivery when they didn't. I didn't have to contact DX so maybe I bypassed some of the things people have complained about, but fair's fair - my parcel actually arrived early, in perfect condition, and delivered by a friendly driver. Couldn't have asked for more.

Please have a full day off work so we can't deliver to you on that day at OUR convenience and not yours. You will now need another day off work so we can inconvenience you just a little bit more. You make Royal mail look...hang on maybe not.

Take a day off work for delivery. Guaranteed every time I get a text off these idiots saying there has been a problem and it will be delivered the next day. People really need to stop sending parcels with these muppets.

I waited in all day Wednesday to find out the courier said he'd already been but I was there all day had to rebook a pickup for Thursday to find out they have broken down I don't know when they will be at my address, I could give less than and one star I would

Still waiting on a delivery a week later. Everytime you give a time slot no ones arrives with a parcel. Then I get a message DX has left a calling card. Quite frankly that's a lye! No calling card, rubbish customer service, you can't even get through to! Will get a refund for item through Amazon as this is a joke
