This sham of a company!! Their customer service is non existent!!! I ordered a hat with a expected international delivery of 10 days… let’s just say it took weeks for them to even get back to me about the “ delay in shipping” when I realized 2 weeks has passed and they hasn’t even shipped my item out, they refused to even acknowledge a cancel or return! I had to dispute the charge with my CC company because this company wasn’t even acknowledging me…. They shouldn’t be in business!!!”
“Terrible service. They sent the wrong model of case and insisted I send it back at my expense. I paid extra for tracking so I can see they received it two days later. They’ve refused to refund it, and emails are met with rude responses, after a long delay I’d I get a response at all. Save yourself the hassle and buy from Casetify.”
“Ordered 2 phone cases, one of which was custom. The custom one came in a terrible colour- it was meant to be beige with green and pink and the whole thing was tones of purple. I contacted customer service, who first offered me a discount if I wanted to keep it. I do not. I asked to return it. They asked me to pay for return shipping. I have explained that the error is on their side as the item is faulty, but they still insist I pay for return shipping. I have ordered several items from them over the years, but will not be ordering again. What rubbish service!”

Ignored cancel order emails until they decided to despatch anyway.
Cheap tat arrived and not as advertised. AirPod case, I’d be too embarrassed to have given this as a gift”

“I ordered a personalised laptop sleeve but it looks nothing like the image on the website, the writing isn't central or straight and the sleeve itself is poor quality. I complained and asked for a refund but they said they could send me a new one with my name central and straight. However the second one looks just like the first! So now I've got 2 that aren't any good.”

“I would give a zero if I could AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I messaged as the image was small online and not as advertised on the picture, I had a message back claiming that the image is not visible as it is an “online error with the preview screen” then got sent a case where you can’t even make out what the picture is.
Customer services wasn’t helpful at all and they have made up there own terms and conditions to make you not want to return the item”
“If you want to get ripped off buy here. £12 for a piece of plastic for the back of the phone. They wouldn't refund as it had a transfer with my name on it. I have thrown away better quality packaging.”
“I honestly never write reviews but want to make other people aware of our experience with Dyefor. I ordered a pink glitter Ipad case for my daughter. The images on the website show a case that fits snugly round the Ipad as a case should. However, the product was delivered with a front cover too. There was no photo or mention of this on the website and it means the case has gaps on the side where the front cover is meant to be attached. Whilst some people might be happy to have the additional front cover, we did not want it and my issue is that the case we received doesn’t correspond to what is purportedly being sold. It’s misleading and a misrepresentation of the goods they are selling. Since the product was “personalised”, Dyefor won’t admit the product doesn’t correspond to what I ordered and would only accept a return at our own cost. Very disappointing!”
“Not impressed at all
I ordered this last minute for Christmas as it clearly said that it would take 1-2 days delivery and it stated the actually day it would arrive by.
I then messaged to ask where it was and they said there’s a 5 day production time. Which was nowhere on the website. When asked about where this was advertised I was completely blanked.
Quality isn’t all that, the Scarf isn’t as soft as I thought and I was not happy with the false advertising with delivery. The lady then stated that it’s estimated delivery but there was no way it would be there on the date specified because of the production time so it’s false advertising.”
“They sent me just a part of my order! I paid 170 pounds for Xmas style cases for iPhone and AirPods Pro, and Xmas towels.
Cases arrived without individual packing, scratching each other. And I didn’t receive towels at all (I paid for towels about 50 pounds). I wrote to support but there’s no answer…”
“The image of the item that I ordered was incorrect which meant I purchased the wrong item. When disputed with the company they confirmed there was an issue with the image which was currently being looked into and rectified but still wouldn't compensate me. The customer service was also very poor! I really would recommend against purchasing any goods from this company!”
