DYL has helped make my staff efficient by allowing them to quickly source the data they need in order to be impactful in sales. DYL features like call recordings and reports affords the agency owner countless opportunities to coach and train.

With DYL we've been able to track our calls better and individual activities within our office. Everyday we send the report to everyone in the office which helps everyone stay accountable.

DLY has empowered my staff with the ability to reach customer in other ways other than just a phone call... In this forever changing technology world in which we live... With DLY we can text and email the customer... Which is a great advantage...

I have tried other providers, and I quickly came back to DYL. The platform is beyond user- friendly, and it really helps me have a view on the office. It allows my team members to be self-sufficient. I cannot rave enough about how amazing this system really is.

DYL is amazing - we use it as a lead management tool, for texting, marketing by using the auto dialer. The capabilities of the system are fantastic and it all under one uniform system. One of my favorite features is the call recording - it has come into play many times when we needed to verify a conversation with a customer regarding coverage discussed or requested on a new business or on an endorsement. Thank you DYL for providing such a great system!

DYL Service has been invaluable in my office. The ability to review phone calls and look for E/O issues before they arise has been key. Reviewing LSP phone calls for training issues is equally as great! And reviewing my own phone calls has (oddly enough) been helpful too! I even used the recording feature to remind me what my wife told me to pick-up at the grocery store. LoL. The Lead Management feature has been instrumental in helping us manage our leads. Overall, a great product and highly recommended.

Thomas and Tyler were awesome in getting me set up with my new agency. They made the set up super easy and we have had several training sessions on the phone. I don't have any sales successes yet with the system as I am just getting started, but I do anticipate that they phones will be instrumental in my success. I got these phones based on a recommendation from a few other Farmers agents and I have not been disappointed. I am sure they do a lot more that what I am using them for at this point, but I can't wait to start using them at their full compacity.

DYL, has been able to allow us to bring in more MONEY! With a desktop app, that allows us to record customer information! This makes all of our lives easier. We can easily pull reports, to see how many sales there is, how many calls. Thank you DYL for helping us make our business great! We can now focus our time on Sales, instead of tracking information!

Vito is the man! He and I have worked together quite extensively, and at times I was capable of making him aware of issues with the software well in advance of everyone else, giving DYL a little extra time to figure things out. There is evidence of my appreciation for DYL in that I have recommended 4 colleagues to DYL, and at this time two of them have officially signed up. I tell everyone about DYL, and as I expand my business we will continue to grow with DYL>

Because of DYL we are able to better communicate with each other and our clients. Texting from our main number has been the best experience. Clients respond within seconds and this saves us a huge amount of time. We have implemented the integration with our client management system and love that DYL opens the client account and attaches the recorded call. We are in the beginning stages of our first marketing campaign and the feature of the auto dialer makes the process easier and measurable. I love as the business owner that I can work from anywhere and calls can be dropped to my cell phone and I can use the DYL APP to make calls & send texts right from my cell.

I absolutely love DYL. It's not only helping me with staff (as to what they did during the day) but it helps me with clients. When I'm on the phone with a client I can easily tell them when we last spoke. The call feature appointment makes it easy to not miss my phone appointments. Clients are usually surprised that I call them on time. All of my history is at my finger tips.

I haven't measured the growth but can say production has highly increased with the new system. The ease of our clients popping up when a call comes in is very helpful. We have had a ton of success with texting as well. I also love to listen in on calls if needed. I have had many phone systems and DYL is beyond better than any or all others I have had put together! Great system and great support if needed. We have had few small issues and they were quickly and easily resolved!

My staff can't stop talking about DYL! Since we've added it to our agency 8 months ago, our efficiency has skyrocketed. With included services of texting, remote calling from the app, call recording, and fax management, this has been a one-stop-shop for all things business management. And we are just getting started with using the capabilities in DYL. Turnaround time for processing incoming customer request has been reduced by 53%. Thank you DYL and great work!
