The systems capabilities and features have really been beneficial for our office. Starting with the consistent connection compared to our prior carrier, we haven't experienced the dropped calls or being down like we did. The additional features that we didn't have before make our outbound calling so much better and efficient.

DYL, has allowed me to have business tools that were otherwise not available anywhere else in one package. The cost is great, and the features are even better. We're just scratching the service of what DYL can do for my business.

DYL has impacted us the most by assisting us in training staff on marketing calls. We love the features available like being able to coach our team in listening in their phone calls, the texting feature assist also when clients cant talk, and prefer text instead

Since implementing DYL, my agency has seen a significant improvement in the ability to contact clientele consistently and via different avenues. Setting up workflows to maximize the effectiveness of communication and follow up to the customers have made a direct impact in our closing ratios. The streamlined process has enabled a simplified platform that prioritizes leads and helps improve staff productivity. Dyl product is great however they lost some reps and their service knowledge hasn't been up to par yet. Their team is EXCELLENT in customer service. It's just their lack of knowledge on the lower end people.

DYL has definitely empowered my staff! Our followup is through the roof! Never missing a phone call appointment or reminder seriously keeps us focused and moving forward. Should have started way sooner!!

DYL has completely changed our sales team's sales process. We have never required agents to use their personal cell phones to text clients, and even if they did, it can be hard to track the info that is shared via text. Using DYL's texting features, we now text every single client that reaches out for quotes and are able to have increased contact rates with clients by over 60% and close rates have increased by 30%. Not only is DYL's program more affordable than providing a business cell phone for each sales agent, but it offers better tracking and extra features as well. I would recommend DYL to anyone looking to increase contact with clients!

I would not choose a different service they have many options and features other carriers just dont offer. If you have great internet services this will work.

DYL has provided my agency was prompt and courteous help any time it was needed. My agency is the benefactor of their reliability and I have had considerable growth in part because of them. The job of an insurance agent these days revolves around the telephone, DYL contributing piece to my business, and their service, as well as their hardware is, in my opinion, second to none.

My staff uses DYL all day. To able to communicate with customers using text and email are a must in these busy times. The customers prefer that we text them using DLY. Our leads go straight into DYL and we are able to contact our leads immediately. We even put our existing customers into DLY to better communicate, re-quote and document our sales and service. We love being able to schedule appointments and automatic phone calls using DYL. My agency has had over a 20% increase in P&C since we started using DYL in combination with our leads and re-quotes.

DYL has helped with keeping prospecting notes that all users can see. DYL is also a great follow up tool for setting appointments and automated follow up. We also use to consolidate and upload marketing lists

DYL is the backbone of my agency. From generating reports for sales producer activity, to tracking leads, to deploying work-flows, this platform is extremely efficient and enables anyone to achieve their sales goals. Hands down, I have encountered a system that has the features that DYL has. By far, the best there is!

DYL allows for flawless staff communication and customer integration while tracking and recording results and actual conversations. Excellent tools for follow ups, factual data, lead generation tracking, inbound/outbound calls and more. The results are black and white and worth the investment.
