With DYL we've been able to track our calls better and individual activities within our office. Everyday we send the report to everyone in the office which helps everyone stay accountable.

DYL has enabled us to be more thorough in our training process while listening to calls through out the days/weeks to correct talk paths. It is also very valuable when there is a discrepancy in conversations to go back and listen to the conversation and what was truly said by both parties. We haven't need that "value" just yet, but if you're in business long enough, you will need that feature one day to protect your business and the liability you face. -Scott

DLY has empowered my staff with the ability to reach customer in other ways other than just a phone call... In this forever changing technology world in which we live... With DLY we can text and email the customer... Which is a great advantage...

I have tried other providers, and I quickly came back to DYL. The platform is beyond user- friendly, and it really helps me have a view on the office. It allows my team members to be self-sufficient. I cannot rave enough about how amazing this system really is.

One of the most valuable features is the recording of calls. It has helped me against claims made by clients for inadequate work but the recorded calls served to proof what was really discussed.

DYL is amazing - we use it as a lead management tool, for texting, marketing by using the auto dialer. The capabilities of the system are fantastic and it all under one uniform system. One of my favorite features is the call recording - it has come into play many times when we needed to verify a conversation with a customer regarding coverage discussed or requested on a new business or on an endorsement. Thank you DYL for providing such a great system!

DYL Service has been invaluable in my office. The ability to review phone calls and look for E/O issues before they arise has been key. Reviewing LSP phone calls for training issues is equally as great! And reviewing my own phone calls has (oddly enough) been helpful too! I even used the recording feature to remind me what my wife told me to pick-up at the grocery store. LoL. The Lead Management feature has been instrumental in helping us manage our leads. Overall, a great product and highly recommended.

Thomas and Tyler were awesome in getting me set up with my new agency. They made the set up super easy and we have had several training sessions on the phone. I don't have any sales successes yet with the system as I am just getting started, but I do anticipate that they phones will be instrumental in my success. I got these phones based on a recommendation from a few other Farmers agents and I have not been disappointed. I am sure they do a lot more that what I am using them for at this point, but I can't wait to start using them at their full compacity.
