Switching to DYL from an old fashioned landline provider was the best move I made from a systems perspective. The difference is night and day. We are able to track our businesses outbound and inbound call activity, recall recorded conversations when issues arise, and thoroughly document notes about each call on the system. The lead integration saved us money on third-party lead management platforms and has been very easy to use for all of my employees. We love the system and we have installed DYL at all of our locations, which makes transferring calls between locations a breeze. Check them out!

DYL is the 3rd VoIP I've been with since I started my Insurance Agency, and nothing compares to DYL! It's allow me to hold my staff accountable to their tasks... It's like it was designed with my business in mind. It gives me coaching opportunities and hard numbers not to mention the basics dialer, text and email. I'm able to keep one step ahead of the competition with real time email/call appointments from web venders... I think DYL Is the best office system there is, Is a second to none simple as that. Yes, by just listen to every phone call we received, we gotten improved bit time our customer service retention and more. way to go DYL

We have increased our customer service level by 10pts. My staff has done this with the texting function, recordings, and calendaring.

We use DYL to help manage our sales and leads. We also have found that it is valuable to manage current customer relationship. The link to ECMS is great as it saves time and allows us to know the customer right away and have their account up right away. The text functionality is valuable since more and more customer prefer to communicate that way. We use the mobile app so that we are always contacting our customer from our office number even on the go.

Used properly the DYL system not only makes LSp's more efficient but saves the agency money! No need for a separate lead management system like Blitz...you can manage all your leads within DYL..That alone saves $30-$40 an LSP per month. DYL + Eagent is really all you need!

DYL is an integral part of what we do. After all, this is a phone-sales business. We need a good technology partner when it comes to connecting with prospects and customers. DYL has been there for us since 2015. I like the listen feature, the phone forwarding, the campaign-dialer, call-reports via email daily, weekly, and monthly. We've made National Conference once and honor ring 3 times since we joined and DYL has been a good partner.

Having the peace of mind that we can rely on our VOIP system not only for calls and call recording but also to connect with our customers thru voice or text is of great value. DYL has been a blessing to our agency. I always hear about VIOP carriers going down for periods of time. I don't recall DYL ever going off line. Text feature rocks....and main thing is Matt is always very responsive when I have a question or concern! Go with the best..DYL!

DYL has added more than just phone service to our office. The internal CMR allows us to track sales and set customer service workflows that have improved efficiencies that have contributed to higher customer retention and sales growth.

DYL has made it easier for our staff to be able to listen to prior calls with customers. When we have customers make claims of past conversations and promises (that were not made), we're easily able to listen to the calls to verify what was truly said. Due to our mother company's restrictions, we haven't been able to make the fullest use of what DYL offers

DYL has streamlined our processes for customer service with texting confirmations, with our sales staff by being able to see talk time, number of dials, talk time and recorded calls. DYL has helped propel my agencies to be in the top 1% of agencies nationwide. A completely integrated CRM and phone system lets my staff sell and service ultra efficiently. At the same time, it allows me to view which lead sources are working, which staff are productive, and allows me to manage the agency effectively.

I began using DYL when I purchased my agency in 2015. I would never switch to anything else because it has absolutely everything I need to manage my staff and my agency. The recording of the calls has saved us several times and the customer service is always very quick.
