We had no system before and relied on Microsoft Excel to keep all our data, I love E-Days so far it's like a breath of fresh air when it comes to managing all our data and time, however how we manage our data is that one person will do all the TOIL & Sickness and no one else can enter it, although E-Days is great for everyone to admin their own time, it's a bit more difficult for someone like me to know how to manage everyone's time, such as if someone if off ill, I can't enter it easily until they're back and fully process it once I know their symptoms and what kind of illness it is.

e-days is a great absence management tool which allows great flexibility and control over the set up of the system. Feedback on issues could be better as sometimes you would log a problem for the support team to, after back and forth numerous times, flag it was a system wide problem. Shifts, banked hours and more business specific requirements are still a difficulty for the e-days system; however due to it's flexibility in set up a workaround can normally be found.

The staff have always been extremely helpful when assisting with a query. Queries have mainly been about running absence and entitlement reports. To help customers going forward it may be useful for E-days to write procedures for running certain reports successfully, it is not always obvious what items need to be included to generate required information.

e-Days is an easy system to use but very effective. Being in a large company I am able to run reports in seconds which allows me to view any information I require at the time, whether this is to do with overtime's or absence's. I'm also able to view all our employees on one page, making it a lot easier to see if anyone is off that day. Would fully recommend to anyone if they are thinking of using e-Days.

eDays has made my work as HR Manager so much easier. The most important benefit for me is that we can pro-actively manage potential absenteeism. The system is also so user friendly that our staff members find it very easy to navigate.

Supposed to be all singing dancing but as a member of staff cannot access it remotely.... Please tell me then how could I possibly let my boss know anything I can't book holidays it tells me I not supposed to be at work, yet shows me available.... rubbish and difficult to use, glad HR think it's wonderful, save your money companies

Hi, We're sorry to hear you've not had a great experience with e-days; we aim for all our users to have the best possible time when using our system! e-days is available remotely from any device with an internet connection by default, although we do allow organisations to restrict access to their network should they wish to. This is a very powerful tool that has been extremely useful for our organisation. Has we have several offices and needs E-days so far is able to offer us what we need. The highlight of e-days is the customer service, the fastest and most accurate answer I have seen so far from any company. impressive!

like the new look of the upgrade but we haven't found it that easy to manage.. We were not expecting so much to change in the recent upgrade and don't feel we were really prepared or given enough guidance at the start to accommodate all the changes.
