I dont think the service offers good reporting functionality and some of the capabilities are unclear. For a small business it could be a good way of managing a team but for large organisations forget about it.

Great system that is easy to use and gives quick visibility of teams holidays.

E-days has transformed the way we process holiday for our staff. Staff can now easily see what holiday they have, teams keep up to date with outlook integration and mangers find holiday approval and resource management a lot easier. Admin teams have also saved hours going through paperwork and chasing staff.

Overall e-days is a brilliant system and easy to use. The only reason I have not given very good, is because some of the self help videos seem to use a different description to what is actually on e-days. Having said that, the support team are brilliant and always very helpful.
