Apart from the odd glitch the power of edays is the service team and personal service that you have. Never a missed reply or late response. This makes the difference between a rigid software and an IT solution managed by people that understand the customer needs.

Ours wasn't initially setup in the best way by our staff member who started the process, so we had a few issues with working hours and rotas which never really resolved themselves. We just work around them. We have had a very good user end experience with staff able to log and book time off easily and effectively. There are many admin tools available to us, though I feel there is more we could learn of their functionality and full potential. The emails sent out with videos and guides have been a huge help in improving our knowledge.

e-days has transformed the way we work, taking so much of the pain from managing holiday and other absence. I would definitely recommend the system and the people behind it to any company. The only reason I don't mark it 5/5 is that it can be slow to navigate and we've seen some issues with calendar updates on Outlook. There is a lot of functionality I'd like to make use of that I currently don't. Its a very good system, easy to use, just a little slow sometimes.

We have been using e-days for over a year now and find it extremely easy to use! The support is quick and very helpful if you need assistance. The online training is great if you need answers (and are in a different time zone like we are)

I am the administrator on the E-days platform for my company. Personally seeing my company before and after E-days know that it has helped us massively because we can manage all of the absence and overtime records. Its really simple to use and its very effective. I have also found it helps with the amount of staff we have in each department. it never lets too many people be off at once. It keeps it very fair. Only feedback would be that there has been a few technical issues causing staff not to access the platform and it stopped calculating hours correctly. Would also be great if you would release an App so it can keep password saved! But over all great company, friendly staff who get back to you instantly. Well Done E-days.

E-days is a great platform which is intrinsically user friendly. From a back-office stand-point, it has also been easy to navigate and has revolutionised our absence management tracking system. The customer support team are also responsive and helpful should we have any queries. Very happy with the versatility of the system and support given.

We have recently moved from a paper based system to e-days and can honestly say that we love it. It is easy to use and if you're stuck there is a very helpful technical team. It is happy days all round with e-days!

Has solved a real problem with our tracking of staff. We no longer have to fill in lots of paper or waste time seeing if we can book staff off from spreadsheets.
