“Great product at a discounted price. Promotional blurb said that the design would make a banjo seem 50% lighter; true literally and not just as a figure of speech. Customer service is exemplary. An IT glitch caused confusion as yo the payment. Eagle were "on top of" the problem more quickly than the bank. This eas not the first entirely satisfactory transaction. Finally, I remark that the shop is very well stocked.”
