“Staff always been very helpful, I bought a Deering Banjo 3 years ago and have had a lot of good
fun and use with it. Have purchased other various small items, instrument stands, microphone,
mouth organ and holder, Guitar strings and have always been happy with any of these purchases.
Would recommend a visit to the shop if you are looking for professional advice and help with anything.

“I phoned the shop for advice on a particular set of strings for a Cittern. What a refreshing change these days to actually be able to speak to an actual " human being " instead of a recorded voice and list of options that usually take people through " ever decreasing circles ", ....or a " road to nowhere ".
From the friendly lady that took my call ,she organised a call back within minutes from an equally friendly man, all my questions were answered and more importantly I was able to order a set of strings, which were dispatched to me within a couple of days.
