I'd come up from portsmouth to buy a banjo. First thing was my wife was found a seat and offered a cup of coffee. Staff then joined in to help select the model for me. I bought a deering. I went away feeling less like i'd purchased a musical instrument and more like Id been fitted for saville row suit. It was great.”
