“Always helpful if you need to phone with a query. The ONLY place I could find the GENUINE Alaska pick at a reasonable price. They're a bit on the small size. Beware of cheaper 'Alaska Style' picks that from my experience are inferior quality.”

“I phoned the shop for advice on a particular set of strings for a Cittern. What a refreshing change these days to actually be able to speak to an actual " human being " instead of a recorded voice and list of options that usually take people through " ever decreasing circles ", ....or a " road to nowhere ".
From the friendly lady that took my call ,she organised a call back within minutes from an equally friendly man, all my questions were answered and more importantly I was able to order a set of strings, which were dispatched to me within a couple of days.
