“From start to finish the service of EAGRE LTD has been excellent. Martin who came to measure-up and advise on what to buy was we feel very straight-forward and honest.HEtalked we listened,and seemed to answer all prevelant questions.He got himself a sale. LUKE the door fitter was most polite and a tidy and clean worker "very impressed". All in all from seeing Martin to Luke actually fitting the door it took 5 days,and the door had to be made at that, Again a clean and pristine piece of work,would advise anybody to go ahead with a purchase. Not cheap but well-worth the cost. Jim Yates.YORK.”

“Excellent service from Yorkshire Doors... This company was new to us as we looked them up online but after an initial visit and quote we were extremely happy with the results. The process of choosing the door was easy, the payment and ordering were fair and straight forward and the removal of the old UPVC door and frame and fitting of the new composite door with side panels only took a few hours. We now don't need the hall curtains to keep the draft out... I cannot recommend these guys enough.”

“Unfortunately I have had to give this company a poor rating, the people were good from salesman to fitter but feel I cannot say the same about the product. The door was fitted on the given day with no problems however we had a keyless lock fitted and the fitter didn't really know how it worked. The salesman and the fitter had to come back the next day so we could actually leave the house safe and secure. The door itself looks the part, very contemporary which is what we wanted, quality wise not so sure, the door was very difficult to open and close...yes another visit from the fitter, he did something which made it close better, then the bottom draught excluder was hanging off, yes.....another visit from the fitter, since then we have had nothing but trouble from the little plastic ends at the bottom of the door which keep falling off, we were sent some spare ones in the post which I tried to stick on but they keep falling off. Looks like yet another phone call to the company, on the plus side the people who work for this company cant do enough for you and to be fair they do send someone out when there is a prob. Just gutted we spent all the money and are not 100% happy with the product.”

“From the very first meeting to the trouble free installation everything ran as smooth as possible. Nothing was too much trouble. I'm highly delighted with the product, it is very hard wearing, modern and has vastly improved the appearance of the front of our home. I would highly recommend Yorkshire doors and they're employees to improve any property with minimal fuss. First class company”

“Excellent throughout.... Great product and a good price with no pressure to buy, the door sold itself.... Great customer service too... The door moved a bit in the frame (and they said it might) - gave them a call and they were back within 24 hours to sort. Would I recommend.... Absolutely ! The house has never been so warm!”

“The door is very solid in composition and so feels very safe with regard to security. It is easy to keep clean and always looks very stylish. The installation ran very smoothly and the door fitter was very tidy and cleaned up afterwards although there was little mess to deal with. Overall i am delighted with the product and would have no hesitation in recomending this company.”

“First Class product, Solid Sound-proof door. Feels Very Expensive But Two other quotes were a lot more money. (one quote was double what we paid). The salesman who came was not pushy and would have left us with the quote to decide at our leisure. We could have bought one from them at a lot less money, as they do have a range of different quality Doors. But went with one of the better Quality Composite ones as I know it will last a lifetime. We can recommend whole heartedly (Eagre Ltd)-Yorkshire Doors and ALL their Staff (including Fitter)”

“In this day and age where so many companies deal with customers like there just another number it was very refreshing to be dealt with in such a professional and courteous manner. The salesman, the fitter and the after sales team were not only polite but made me feel like they cared about the service I received. To top it off the door I chose looks great and works perfectly.”

“The initial quote was great. I must say however my door was not perfect upon installation and was not picked up by the door fitter. I had to point out the faults with the door to him. The faults were tried to be fixed not successfully so the manufacturers were called and they gave me a new door.”

Thankyou for your feedback. We are sorry you are not happy. We always try and deal with any customer service issues quickly and efficiently. Within a day of you advising us there was a problem we attended, within 3 weeks we arranged for a brand new replacement door. We have now put extra checks in place to check the doors before leaving an installation to ensure we see anything however minor.
