“My paint was delivered on time no problems. When I opened my paint, applying very little pressure the lid flew off, hit the ceiling, the paint splattered everywhere; my face, clothes, ceiling, window, walls, table... Literally it went everywhere. Not only has this caused considerable mess but it could be dangerous, the lid could have hit me in the face or eye... This needs to be seriously considered!!”

Hi, thank you for your feedback. Your order was sent in a brown bubble wrap envelope which was then placed inside a plastic courier bag for courier delivery. Bubble wrap envelopes are used by the majority of Stationers to deliver products as they provide sufficient protection against been knocked or damaged. All our mega packs are designed to offer the most value for money as possible and so customers can buy every single colour in a range for a fantastic price. In the product description it does say that they come supplied loose to keep the price as low as possible, as adding a pencil case or a box would increase the postage and packaging costs significantly on this pack which means the price of the pack would have to increase to reflect that. I'm sorry you were not happy with your purchase, as always with easichalk you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to inform us that you would like to return any new and unused products and we will happily refund you once returned.
